Order Processing

·       Processing Time: Orders are usually processed with 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

·       Delays: Any potential delays due to a high volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly via email or on our website.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Little Puzzle currently offer shipping within Canada ONLY.

·       Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

·       Alberta and British Columbia:

§  Free shipping for orders of CAD $79 or more (before applicable taxes)

§  CAD $8.99 flat shipping fee for orders of less than $79 (before applicable taxes)

·       All other Canadian provinces:

§  Free shipping for orders of CAD $79 or more (before applicable taxes)

§  CAD $12.99 flat shipping fee for orders of less than $79 (before applicable taxes)

 

Order Tracking and Notifications

·       After your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. Please allow couple hours for the tracking information to become available.

·       You may also track your order directly through our website by entering your order number and email address.

 

Shipping Restrictions

·       PO Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

·       Restricted Regions: Shipping may be limited to certain countries due to regulatory restrictions. Contact us if your county is not listed as a shipping destination at checkout.

 

Damages, Lost or Stolen Packages

·       Damages: We are not liable for any products damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier on file a claim.

·       Lost/Stolen Packages: If your package has been lost or stolen, please contact our Customer Support at littlepuzzleinc@gmail.com. We will do our best to assist, but responsibility may ultimately fall to the carrier.
